My experience is wide ranging and substantive. I began practicing law in 1982, serving first as a Certified Legal Assistant for the Broward State Attorney, and subsequently as an Assistant Attorney General for Florida. I was later hired as general counsel for the Solid Waste Authority (SWA). The SWA is responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in budgeted items and debt obligations, and over 400 employees.
I have also worked as a Series 7, 63 and 65 licensed financial advisor. This background often proves invaluable when helping clients achieve their goals in estate planning and Medicaid planning.
